My only real complaint was when you pick up your kitchenware at the front desk (and that's all fine and well) but when I was unpacking the items in my room, the handheld can opener had A LOT of rust on it). 「Check in was easy, room was clean and quiet. I really like the soap/conditioner dispensers. Just seems to much more hygienic or something. TONY in the breakfast area was fantastic! Very friendly and funny, did a great job with keeping everything stocked. When we checked in, Johnny was training a new associate. While he was on the phone she had a question. He didn't seem upset or belittle her in front of us, just explained how to do it. Beds were comfortable, able to get the AC adjusted well....
