"The location is fabulous; unfortunately, just outside all the rooms at night are bright floodlights, and the owners have not seen fit to provide any curtains or even blackout blinds, so the entire room(s) were lit up all night. It was hard to sleep. Bring an eye mask if you plan to actually sleep."

"This is our second stay in this property and our fourth stay with Host Ted. The kitchen is well equipped to host family gatherings during the holidays and there is plenty of beds for all guests. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed watching dolphins almost daily. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Ted is extremely responsive and made certain we had baby gates, and high chairs and pack-n-plays for 2 babies. We would recommend staying in this home. "

There were a couple of issues with the heat (not often needed at the beach) as well as the pool and hot tub. Ted always answered my calls and texts and was very prompt to provide support and send over technicians. "
