"This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. "

"I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beachfront home. We stayed with extended family and it was perfect for our group. Everything was as pictured (maybe even better). The property manager was wonderful and very communicative. Check in and check out were very clear and easy. The house is in a great location- walkable to restaurants and shops but didn’t feel too crowded in the beach. The house had everything we needed, including beach toys and chairs. I highly recommend this property- one of the better houses we’ve stayed at on Topsail (I’ve been coming for over 20 years)."
