FANTASTIC location - if you like the point at Emerald Isle, this is a great spot. Less than ten minutes from all the resultants in town.

Great Location!

We loved our stay! The house is in a perfect location- just a short walk from the beach. Very quiet area and much less crowded section of the beach.

We had the best time! The beach access was so close! The beach area was beautiful and clean! The condo was clean and spacious! My kids had the best time even just sitting out on the balcony outside the sliding doors of the bedrooms. We loved how close it was to go grab some groceries and out to eat, and we loved that it wasn’t overly crowded and could easily find a place to set up on the beach. The place was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer!! Highly recommend this beach condo. So fun and spacious and clean!

The apartment was overall ok. Could have been cleaner.What we didn't like was that we had to bring our own towels and linen. The apartment was too expensive to have to bring your own stuff. I have seen better equipped vacation rentals for similar or less money.

This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!

If your looking for a quiet place to stay and a short walk to the beach this is the place to go my kids enjoyed the house and wanted to stay even longer I will definitely rent this home again 10/10 rating in my book

Great location

Nice interior. Plenty of room. It does take a bit of a trek through dunes to get to the water but beaches in the area are impressively wide and spacious. Not the "no linens". That is definitely unusual for similar listings.

Easy to find and close proximity to beach

The property was easy to find and in close proximity to public beach entrances. You can see the ocean from the second story porch. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor showers were handy to wash sand off. Only concerns were tub upstairs didn't drain properly amd had to stand in inches of water for shower and toilet downstairs took a long time to fill up so had to wait to flush.

We had a WONDERFUL weekend here! The views were spectacular, very comfortable beds and furniture, and plenty of stocked items in the kitchen and outdoor seating. It is a very charming stay :).

Family Wedding Weekend

The location was great for getting to beach. Need to bring sheets for the beds. Never had that required before. We had to purchase trash bags and paper towel but left for the next group. Otherwise it was a good choice to meet our needs and pricing.

Great location, beach access close (be prepared for walk through the sand with hills).. No linens provided so be prepared for that. Full kitchen to prepare meals.

Cool place, great location, good host

My mother and I had a wonderful time staying at this really neat home. The outdoor showers were very convenient and the decks had pretty views showing the neighborhood and ocean in the background. The house was very clean.The location was amazing. The Point, which is only a few minutes (walking distance) away is spectacular. The host was great to work with, great communication. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time at this special spot!

Great neighborhood, good place, amazing beach

The place itself was pretty good with some areas that could have used better cleaning along with the check in process having limited guidance. The host was kind and quick to respond though and the area itself is amazing with a unique and beautiful part of the beach. While the beach may be advertised a “one minute walk” be prepared to walk much further to actually get to a place where you can set your stuff or be near the water. That being said, the beach itself is beautiful with long stretches of sand and dunes and one of the most amazing views you will get from any location. If you have a permit you can drive on the beach. Missing garbage bags. Overall, enjoyed the stay and the price was right!

Here is a message I sent at the end of my stay to the host and got no reply. Hey Justin, We had a nice stay at the place but there were some issues. We were not expecting to have to bring paper products as there was no toilet paper, paper towels or kitchen trash bags. The. Downstairs toilet does not completely flush and takes hours for the tank to fill up so was pretty useless. There were towels in the washing machine when we got there like maybe the place had not been checked on before we arrived. The floor vent in the kitchen was busted and you could almost step through it. The balcony door in the bedroom with the king mattress was almost impossible to open and loud so it could not be opened when people were trying to sleep. There is a board on the back porch that is very unstable and a tripping hazard. I have pictures of most of the issues and can send them to you if you like. I know you can’t fix these issues for our stay but I’m sure the next people there would appreciate them being addressed.
