「Booked this motel to save $ for a quick stay on our way to OBX. You get what you pay for. Got checked in quickly & pulled up right in front of our room. First floor & king bed was going to be great! Wrong! First, our keys wouldn’t open the door, then we realized looking in the window that the bed looked slept in already. We knocked & no one came. Back to front desk we went. Was told the only other thing available was a double on the 2nd floor, even though the room next door to our original room...

「I loved this hotel. Nothing fancy but the vibe is low key and casual… loved the oceanfront location and balcony on each room. The area behind the hotel is so cool, sandy area with tables overlooking the beach as well as a pool and tiki bar. The restaurant is very good, biscuits were homemade and best I’ve had. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas. The a/c is cool and bed very comfy!」

「Just got back yesterday from our stay at the Clarion Hotel, the hotel lobby is very beautiful, the marble floors are state-of-the-art, it appears that a lot of thought was put into the design of the lobby.The hotel staff was very friendly. When pulling up to the hotel, it was aesthetically very pleasing.
