「We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45. 「We've stayed at this resort many times as it is halfway between our winter home and our summer home. We love the golf and it's a great, well integrated place to stay. Unfortunately, for this stay, our room did not get any service for a two-night stay. (Getting into an unmade bed and not having refreshed towels felt odd.). Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel rarely disappoints, but this time did not meet our expectations.」
