He really went out of his way to make our stay perfect. We loved the house so much we are considering finding other things to do in the future just to stay again. I describe it as a "cottage" because it is relatively small. 3BR, 2Bath, but tight. 5-minute walk to the beach. Nice dining nook. Good sitting area. Perfectly fine kitchen with refrig with water and ice. Front porch with rockers to watch sunrises, not sunsets. They could have used a better side...
