「This was a great place for us to stay in the Charlotte area and was a good value. It was clean enough ... though we did need to clean sticky areas off the floor, and wash a glass from the cabinet with greasy fingerprints and food residue on it. I usually wash dishes before I use them in VRBOs anyway, but it was gross. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was great being able to set the thermostat to our liking. 「Nicole was easy to communicate with, and informative. Super cute tiny house and we felt safe with the gate and security camera. This spot was perfect distance to all our planned activities. Super clean and very relaxing. Definitely will rent again. 」

「I was in town recently promoting my books. In between events at bookstores, I wanted a quiet place to relax and recharge. I couldn't have picked a better spot. The neighborhood is very peaceful and centrally located, making it super easy to get to my destinations. I had everything I needed to fix a quick meal for evenings when I wanted to put my feet up. The space is thoughtfully designed and decorated. I would stay here again.」

The highlights of our trip were exploring the local area, going to Carrowinds, and kayaking the lake taking in all the beauty and vibrant life. The property manager was a super nice person and super helpful. All around amazing trip and amazing people 10/10 might do this ever year especially the 4th of July fireworks off the water so amazingly beautiful. 」
