The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The amenities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. From the well-maintained fitness center to the relaxing pool area, I truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Overall, my time at the Sonesta was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Charlotte. I look forward to returning in the future!"

"Arrived at 1:15pm and was told my room was ready but to get in it I would have to pay $75, which I did not do. When we finally got in the room, we immediately noticed bugs crawling all over the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was loosely sitting on the toilet so I know the toilet wasn't cleaned. That is so unsafe. We were only in the room for a couple minutes and left for a concert. We got back to the room around midnight which is when we found out the beds were full of bugs too. We finally couldn't take the nastiness anymore so we left at 4:30am to head home. I called the front desk lady and she said she would have the manager call me, which never happened. I will never stay at a Doubletree again!"
