「Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. What a location!! The property overlooks the entire racetrack. We even decided to order takeout for dinner so we could spend as much time as possible in the condo. We had everything we needed right there for a comfortable, relaxing and fun overnight. Anyone who is into Nascar will love this rental property.」

「The location is perfect. Very nice neighborhood. Grocery store and pharmacy right across a small side road. Can easily walk there. Very quiet and safe. Condo was very clean. Fully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Couldn't have been better. Sara was great to deal with. Any time I go to Charlotte, this is where I'll stay.」

「The unit was nice and clean, the parking was good, and I felt safe. The only negative that I had, which is out of the owner's control, was the sound of the trains as they passed at night.」

The view is great and it is very convenient to all areas around Lake Norman. Two restaurants onsite were a bonus, plus it’s very convenient to nice grocery stores, shops and restaurants.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this uptown condo and would definitely stay again. Directions to the building and the room itself were clear, and the host was friendly and easy to reach if needed. The condo was very well stocked, perfect for cooking and enjoying a night in. But its convenient location also made it a great "home base" for exploring Charlotte's uptown, either on foot or with a short drive. Definitely recommended for a comfortable stay in the Queen City!」

「Lovely condo with beautiful decor in walking distance to so much of downtown Charlotte. Condo and parking was secure with zero safety issues during the stay. Host was amazing and easy to contact. Excellent instructions given by host for check in and check out. Cannot say enough about how attentive host was! Would rent this property again! By far, my best VRBO property experience!」

「The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. The building has a couple of restaurants/bars attached that served great...
