Just across the bridge, Swansboro, known as the “Friendly City by the Sea,” is a charming historic waterfront town filled with boutique shops, local seafood restaurants, and coastal views. Take a stroll along the boardwalk, browse the small shops, or enjoy dinner on the water as boats drift by.

A quick drive in the other direction brings you to Emerald Isle, where you can spend your days on wide, uncrowded beaches, rent a kayak or paddleboard, or explore Bogue Inlet by boat. *Guests must provide a copy of a valid photo ID and sign a vacation rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
*Pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis for $199 per pet. Please enquire for additional details.
*No smoking or vaping on the property
*Pet owners must clean up after their pets
*A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required for use of the boat lift. It will be collected after booking - guest must provide credit card information to process the deposit payment.
*Audio/Video security cameras are located on the exterior of the property. They monitor the carport, driveway, back yard and dock.
