「Kimberly at the front desk was excellent she made our stay the best.」

「Rooms were clean we had to change rooms because there was a leak in the ceiling. They allow dogs and the hallway smelled like wet dog. No complimentary breakfast. Location was good. I give it a 8/10」

「The breakfast was included and complimentary coffee and tea.」

「TV system was terrible….. TV wouldn’t work properly for most of our stay…. The tv in the bedroom area rarely worked and the channels were not the same as the one in the sitting area when it did function properly. Staff admitted there were problems but did not know how to help….. some channels were not available on the tv in the bedroom. TVs were out dated.」

「Great location. Staff were wonderful. We felt like hotel staff were genuinely interested in making our stay a great one.」

「Parking was convent. to room.staff was very friendly」

「we had 3rd floor room w/window seat. Wow factor hits when entering room, large, very clean, well appointed, plus that view of water plus docked boats. 「We went to this resort for my husband's birthday and brought our dog. The accommodations were wonderful. We enjoyed walking along the beach, the heated pool and several local restaurants that were delicious. We will be back!」
