「Such a cute studio that has everything you need. Communication from the host was excellent. It’s a nice quiet part of the island and proximity to the beach was great! Loved that we could pack light and use beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware etc. We enjoyed our stay!」

「The unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet!It is obviously new to the VRBO market and could definitely use some other kitchen utensils. Cutting board, knife block, oven mitts would have been helpful. Otherwise it was a great location to downtown for our weekend in Wilmington for a friends wedding! 「This property is not as advertised.We left after one night. We were booked for two weeks. The nice pictures may have been from when it was first listed. Some serious renovations and a deep clean needed including a full carpet replacement. Bathroom has black mold under shower knobs; shower curtains are dirty and moldy; children’s bedroom had a squeaky bunk, was missing a fire alarm; washer had rust on the lid. I could go on. Hopefully the pictures tell the story. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in a converted historic home in downtown Wilmington NC! The location couldn't have been more perfect - everything from shops and restaurants to local markets was just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.Our host was fantastic- always in communication and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this spot to anyone...
