Absolutely zero downsides to our stay - we highly recommend and would definitely return when our plans take us back to Wilmington. "

"After about 30 minutes in Matt & Chris’ home, my husband said “I think this is the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in!” I totally agreed. Pictures don’t do this beautiful home. It was beautifully restored, so tastefully decorated but warm and comfortable, and so thoughtfully stocked. The owners clearly put a lot of care into anticipating their guests needs and fulfilling them before the guests even asked. First class!"

"We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several lights were out. We will stay again. "
