「The Arrive is fine. It's a clean, updated nice room in a good location. The amenities don't exist, no coffee or breakfast or anything unless you're paying. Parking isn't free, but free parking is easy on the street. The room itself was just ok, clearly an old renovated motel. No body wash, TV remote didn't work, no wifi to be found. Staff, from our experience, was kinda cold and not very friendly. It's fine, but it's not worth $300+ a night.」

「I booked this hotel because of the positive reviews, beautiful photos, and the specific room that was advertised. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. Upon arrival, I was not given the room I reserved and paid for, and I was told that because I booked through a third party, nothing could be done. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the overall cleanliness was below standard, there were not enough...

「Very high on the pricey scale with high cost parking. Staff ignored the Do Not Disturb Sign on my door. There was NO evening food service and the breakfast was poor. The only thing going for it was location.」

「It was great. The sheets had a stain but they changed them immediately. The pool cabanas need to be cleaned but overall we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Property itself and room was clean and mostly well maintained. Bathroom had some drainage issues in the shower. The biggest problem here is the lack of security in the parking area. You must pay for parking here and there are no cameras which is a major security issue in a high crime area like this one. Our car was broken into in this lot on this property and there was nothing that could be done due to the lack of cameras and security overall. Unless the property is planning on adding security...

「The bathrooms were ok However I found someone else's hair on the shower wall that was not mine or my husband's. I brought towels with me for the trip, One of them happen to be white. I had it in my bag. The housekeeper took my towel out of my bag thinking it belongs to the hotel. If she looked at it CLEARLY, it didn't. My thoughts is don't go through people's belongings. I wouldn't take towels from a hotel and Im sure there are people who do」

「The hotel is nice clean and the beds were comfortable. Had issues with the thermostat but we fixed it. The breakfast buffet is good. Waffles eggs bacon sausage bagels biscuits and more. Coffee offered all day and delicious. We will stay again.」
