While the staff were fine and the view of the ocean wonderful, the property has a run down, shabby feeling. The decor is old and tired, and the room disappointing; stained ceiling, stained couch, chipped furniture. This is not what I expected from Courtyard. This is more on par with a Comfort Inn. The price of the room was exorbitant for what it was. We won't stay there again and recommend others don't either (at least not at seasonal rates).

Great hotel!!! Oceanfront. Staff was very nice. Close to restaurants, bars, amusement park. Once you get here everything except a grocery store is within walking distance. Rooms are clean. Bed was great. Shower was great. Will definitely consider staying for another beach trip

I loved everything but not having the option fir a kitchenette after a photo being included with the room i reserved. That was a let down and i will not stay here again because of falsely advertising that their was a kitchenette. You really should take that photo out of your amenities section of your photos.
