"Our room had no conditioner it was another soap, no ice trays, a breaker was tripped by another guest causing electricity issues for a few hrs til maintenance got it resolved, no do no disturb signs to post on doors. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, room clean, communication with staff was good. Property was relatively close to the beach (just a few minutes walk). Definitely recommend the seabirds at KB"
