They were extremely efficient and kind and took care of all reservations, secured shuttle service and answers all my questions. I love how we stayed on touch via the whats app, brilliant idea. 「Overall, the trip was pretty good. The food was all inclusive, but some restaurants were better than others. It was hard to get salt. With it being seaweed season, the staff did a pretty good job with cleaning so we could enjoy the beach. 「Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Secrets Mirabel. The resort is absolutely stunning, the food is great and the hospitality is fantastic. It was definitely worth it to upgrade to preferred as well. It comes with a lot of perks. The pool is so nice and we loved hanging out at the sky bar.
