"Not keen on the rooms with no windows but other than that good stay , parking pricy £20 a day too but I suppose it’s convenient location , staff are excellent , cleaned everyday and free coffee machine on each floor , breakfast was nice and good selection, 5 min walk to brick lane ."

"This was my fifth stay at the hotel, which I enjoyed as usual. I would recommend it highly and the fact that I am a "regular" speaks volumes. If I were to be critical there are two comments that I would make:- 1. The reception staff did their job competently, but seemed to lack their usual friendliness. 2. There were two large functions taking place, which meant that I had to eat in the bar. I did not have a problem with that, but I imagine that there were a lot of temporary staff working on...

"Very easy check in, friendly staff, clean room. Even though next to a busy main road could hardly hear the traffic. Easy access to Euston station, underground and buses, walking distance to ‘main sights’ (for us)"

"Not a convenient stay, even for Terminal 5 transportation on the way in. The ride to the airport was very convenient. Hotel manager was fantastic but other staff not friendly or helpful."

"Easy check in at noon as i came straight from redeye arrival at heathrow. Walked from the Tube stop. Good indian restaurant bar on premises. Only letdown was that i couldnt watch north american sports in the bar. No reception and too much time change. Double bed was fine. Washroom was small but it worked ok"
