We feel very fortunate that we booked this room! We had never been to London before, so completely lucked out. The only thing that we would have changed was the taxi from the train station. We could have easily gotten on the tube and saved $50. The place was new, clean, friendly. Thank you

Although the room was small, but it was convenient for the short stay. The staff is nice and comprehensive. The break is good! And the ladies serving it are very nice, especially Nadia. Thank you very much :)

The room is extra tiny small and you can end up having back pain for not moving enough inside the room. They clean once in three days for environment concerns. I can understand that washing towel takes a lot of water which is environmental concern. But that doesn’t mean you will clean the rooms once in three days. Please don’t greenwash the climate issue

Safe area close to earls court station. Didn’t like how small the rooms were. Left feeling very cramped and the room could be quite noisy with other guests opening/closing doors as well as walking by. Limited sockets for charging phones/devices etc. Otherwise the staff was very friendly

The staff are wonderful. Joann was always prompt to answer our questions before we arrived. Once there they greeted us with a very friendly hello, and made sure our stay was perfect. We opted for a small room without much in the way of amenities, because we’re there to travel and see things. It had what we needed, it was clean, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast is great, and they make great coffee and cappuccinos. A great stay and we’d definitely use them again.
