"Nice and new hotel. Location wise is convenient enough to walk to the busy tourist district like susukino. Multiple car parks around even you decide not to park in the hotel. Price is reasonable."

"Room was tiny for two people. There were no space to put luggages. Blankets were very dirty, had blood and black spots all over. We asked to change it, staff brought another one that equally dirty. We wanted canceling the reservation and contacted Expedia‘s customer service, spend almost a hour but just wasting our time.We stayed 4nights, no cleaning service. Humidifier filter was dirty. We asked to replace it. They brought another one. There is no phone in the room to call front desk. We used...

"We absolutely loved our stay. Very easy to get to and the room included everything you need to be comfortable. Highly recommend anyone traveling to Otaru consider staying here. Laundry facilities also available on the premises as well as room service every 3 days. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"Very comfortable for a pod hotel. Staff and amenities are very good and if you require English assistance, they have staff that can speak as well as provide English documents and instructions. I like that the lockers are right next to the pod instead of in a separate room like many others. My only minor complaint is that breakfast was served in an adjacent hotel which you have to go outside and back in to get to, which in the winter isn't the most pleasant. "really surprising hotel, really comfortable to stay. The check in is a bit hard when you never use a self checking like them. Also the address is really hard to find, on google first time was hard and second time, the taxis driver could find it, better to double check from your hotel, will be easier for other costumers."
