ホテルは綺麗で、客室が空いていたのか、グレードアップしてもらい、嬉しかったです。部屋も綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。ファブリーズなど、あると嬉しかったです。コーヒーなども、ありましたが使い方が分からずで飲めなかったのがちょっと残念でした😢

ホテル近くに色々な店があるので良い。駐車場もすぐ横なのでチェックしやすい。ベッドのきしみ音、風呂場のサビのようなところが少し気になるところ

フロントの従業員の方の対応は、とても丁寧で良かったです。チェックインを済ませて部屋に入って、トイレ兼バスに入ろうとドアを開けて、絶句しました。私自身潔癖でも無くちょっと位平気なタイプなのですが、トイレ側の隅が汚れていて、その上床がちょっと剥がれてました。湯船には、水垢が着いていて色が変わって居ました。連泊だったので、初日は、仕方なくシャワーだけ使用して翌日スーパー銭湯に行きました。ロビーが綺麗なだけにがっかりしました。部屋の湯沸かしポットにもホコリがたまってて洗って使いました。従業員が不足しているのか良く分かりませんが、もう少しちゃんとしたほうが良いと思います。立地と価格で選んだので仕方ないのかな、数年前にも、こちらのホテル利用した時は、当たりが良かったのか、何も感じなかったです。客室が古くなってるので、水回りの修繕が必要だと思います。気持ち良く宿泊出来る様にお願いします。

スタッフさんの対応は良かったし、内装はとても綺麗でした。喫煙者なので喫煙可能ルームに泊まりましたが、テーブルのベタつきが少々気になったのと、隣の部屋の話し声やドアの開け閉めの音が大きく聞こえるのが気になりました。

ベットが小さい　170センチの身長の方でギリギリ。スタッフの対応は良かったです。周りにソープランドなどかある。夜中に路上で大声で騒ぐ人がいて眠れなかった。
