"It was a very clean facility. The rooms were really nice. The only drawback that I noticed were the police were constantly in there patrolling the lot which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were cozy and the pool area was lush and inviting. We even enjoyed a bottle of wine poolside one evening. Free breakfast and parking were a perk, and the location was ideal — 2-minute walk to the beach, a cute coffee shop and several good restaurants, and only a short drive into San Diego."

"The only negative was the beds, not the most comfortable. My partner and I had trouble sleeping and sore backs in the A.M. Everything else was great, especially the Staff. A1 service."

"The front desk was extremely helpful. We had a terrible experience at another hotel in the area and ended up here and it was like night and day. The front desk was helpful and accomodating and the breakfast was great. The only downside was there was only 1 of 3 elevators that were functioning during our stay and it made for a long wait to get up to our room. We would definitely stay again when in San Diego."

"Very run down - while here my son (13) and I had our car impounded for parking in th yellow (my bad) as a result I was upset and my son got scared cause I was yelling. He ran off and asked the hotel staff to hide him from me. They did, and they called police. They took him away to a place called polinsky center for 2 days. He’s now back with me but it was a hell of a scare and very sad and stressful that he be away in a place where idk what could have happened to him. I feel the conduct of the...

"The hotel was clean and close all the San Diego attractions. Sea World is really close and you could walk to it. The price was very nice for the hotel too."

"I would say that this Hotel is one of the best values in San Diego. The staff was great and it met all of our family needs. It is not the quietest location. We were on the first floor and could hear people talking throughout the night in the alley that runs behind the hotel. We also have a lifted vehicle and it did not fit I. The parking structure so we had to park a block away, but that is not uncommon or unusual on Coronado. But the facilities were great for what we needed it for and the pool...

"The room was big and nice. At checkin the gentleman gave us a two bed room so we would have room for our bikes. The only issues were there was only one small soap, no extra towels when I asked for fresh ones and it appeared that there were long term residents there. "
