Hotel is in an excellent location. We are on the third floor and had a beautiful view of the old El Cortez hotel. It’s in walking distance to a lot of charming restaurants. I felt safe parking was safe front desk. Very helpful. I enjoy going to Holiday Inn’s. They always have excellent breakfast as well.

Just had some plumbing issues, they moved us to a different room the first night! So very accommodating and the staff is really great! The lower stars are just for that and right now they have no pool, which I did not know when I booked! May or may not have changed my mind ! Overall nice place! Great Breakfast! Clean rooms. 7-8 minutes to airport and less to Petco Park! We actually walked the 9-10 blocks to the game! (20 mins) And it was a pleasant little mile or so walk ! I’d do it again next time too!! Access is great to just about anywhere in the area including Coronado and the beaches!!
