"The room and hotel was very clean, AC works great, shower has great pressure, ladies at front speak English and were very helpful, you can leave your luggage there before check in and after check out if you need to do stuff, location was perfect perfect perfect, in a quiet place, but near shibuya station close to all train connections, 8-10 min walk to shibuya cross and all the fun around there, plenty to eat. 10 min away from all the craziness. Also there’s a 24 hours convenience store 2 min away. Overall I would definite recommend and would definitely return here."

"Beautiful hotel in the new Oimachi Tracks development from JRE. Very clean, friendly staff, and nice rooms. Location is great too with shops in the complex, and easy connectivity to all of Tokyo via Oimachi station. Highly recommend!"

"Great location, clean room, very nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was on small side. Breakfast was plentiful, but a bit hectic. A lot of people in hotel, have to plan ahead to get to breakfast room before peak times."

"Central in Shibuya next to the train station so easy access to Tokyo. Little noisy but slept well. No early check in."

"Decent place, felt a little awkward vibe wise at times and the area always felt a little unsafe at night. Room was alright, having to ask to change sheets for longer stays was annoying, realistically that should just be on a rota. Breakfast was included at a very low price according to the booking, but it isn’t actually included and the breakfast options are pricey add-ons."
