"Perfect if you want an old-fashioned, really traditional Japanese inn experience. Shared public bath, views of the lake, futon bedding in tatami rooms (sit on the floor), breakfast is hot rice with a raw egg or ochazuke… it’s hard to find places like that anymore. And the bus to wherever you want to go stops either at the hotel or across the street."

"We had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji and the city as hotel is well elevated above the city. Very peaceful. Did not do breakfast, but dinner was an excellent experience for the price. Staff was courteous and friendly. Free parking, free morning coffee on 5th floor. Short Drive to Lake Ashi and sites."

They also offered a wonderful complimentary breakfast. place very nice, clean and convenient location to access to where we wanted to visit. "

"Rooms were a bit on the smaller side and mattresses more on the firm side than we were accustomed to, but really good location and good staff. Public bath and breakfast being available were a plus."
