"The rooms were clean. The staff were polite. The level of service was challenging because they were very full. There were no extra pillows or extra blankets available at all. The airport shuttle was full, even though we were told it would be available. So we had to make other arrangements that was disruption to our trip. "Clean room, we had requested a baby crib and they helped us get one in the room, the transport shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is great since some supposed taxis are asking ridiculous prices, we had forgotten our baby stroller and they keep it safe until we could return to pick it up. In general great service, I highly recommend them."
