"Lovely property that is eco-conscious. It’s smaller than it appears in photos so there’s little privacy in the common areas, if you value that. Pool also tiny. The room was large and very comfortable but not too stylish! (Some natural wood and stone elements would help). Yoga studio was stunning, barrel vaulted ceiling tho the one class we attended was no fun (Kundalini yoga, anyone? All breath training.) there are other classes apparently. Good japonese restaurant just steps away!"

"The room was presentable, clean. The courtyard is lovely, the pool area is small, as is the pool, but great for sunbathin, relaxing, and a calm swim. Excellent privacy. There's a city park steps away, which becomes lively, every evening. Main street steps away as well, and both directions you walk, have plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery store, tourism guide, pharmacy, banks, atm, etc. You get a real feel for the daily lives, and people, in Cancun. Also, plenty of parking spots available, if you rent, or own a vehicle. The only downside is, the city park can habe loud music, past midnight. I usually have a hard time fallen a sleep to the slightest noise. But when you are on vacation, it's less stressful. "

"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "
