"We booked this place as it checked off most if not all the boxes. Upon arriving to the property we were told the building is closed for renovations. Though, we would be able to book/reserve at their sister company. We booked places around this area as it was walking distance to most do the places we wanted to try. However being moved to the other hotel put a damper on most of our plans and had to relook/rebook certain things and actually pay to be taken to said places. I figured we’d get a discount for the issue of not being told about the work but nope. "

"The waitress at the restaurant is wonderful: calm, professional and polite. The food was ok. Pool is a kid's pool. Staff is friednly and available. Echo and Econo facility. Guest should check room location. Barking dogs. A very noisy Outdoors elevator. Street noise?. In my room the AC remote was permanently secured to the wall (near the AC unit and away from the bed, as well as other areas in the room) with no screen light to adjust the setting. Alas, I had a relaxing stay and the staff is making a special effort to have guests feel welcomed."

"Located very close to the downtown bus station. We didn't have a car but I did notice a parking lot out the back. The only take away is that there was a night club across a side street and it was noisy at night.. and no pool."

"I spend one night , it’s ok for a night or so … room very small not windows , no view nowhere, just like a hole in the wall …. Nice hole for one night …. "

"The staff were very friendly and made my stay very welcome. They were very quick to assist me with nay enquiries I needed. The pool was always clean and pleasant for an enjoyable swim. Bad experience with breakfast on my last day(22nd). Very busy at breakfast and just one staff on duty! Cold toast, and milk for my coffee. Then after waiting 40 minutes to have my order taken I just left the premise. "

"Honestly would have been 4 stars but one day I came back from a day out and the housekeeping staff had entered the room, not cleaned anything and left the door UNLOCKED AND OPEN. I'm lucky nothing was taken but I cannot look past this glaring security issue. Especially as the safe didn't work due to no batteries inside it! Other than that, the reception staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel and mostly met my needs for the few days I stayed. Could do with some fresh paint and minor maintenance, as the air conditioning unit leaked on the floor. "

"Affordable and convenient location. The only issue I had was no water pressure when flushing the toilet. "

"Nice clean room Booked late and arrived early, my room was not ready so they give me a suite. Close to ado bus. Not the nicest suburb to be but service and quality of staff, i have to recommend. "
