I had an ocean view room which was great it’s just I also had a view of the pool and people could see me through my balcony doors. Views was stunning and David who was our waiter at the restaurant rain was great. I rate 9.5/10

Very respinsive staff. Maintenance is completed promptly Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.

Save ur money and go to the Riu. This is not worth your money at all. Out dated property quality of food is not good at all. Tight spaces and staff will force u to do a 90 minute meeting to give me credits. This is not worth stay.

Exploring the colorful Mercado 28 was one of my favorite things we did in Cancun. I loved the beaches and the luxury of the hotel zone but exploring the downtown was just as fun. This is also one of the best places to buy souvenirs for a reasonable price. #perspectives
