The room was OK for a night, but I would describe it as tired (e.g. carpet looking in need of a good clean or replacement, bed/mattress seen better days, and much dust inside the desk lamp). I cannot comment on the inclusive breakfast because it didn't start until 8 am and we needed to be away by 7:30.」

「I checked into this hotel and I was informed they were going through a changing phase and everything was a mess. Subsequently I paid for an executive room but was given a standard room, only after complaining I was given the room I pre paid for. The staff on the reception and bar staff were all very uninterested to show any kind of service. The breakfast was cold and boring. The hotel and rooms need some updating and DIY. A very sub standard hotel, I will not book again with them.」

「The parking is very easy, you just enter you car registration on a screen in reception. The guy at reception was very proficient and friendly. The room was small, basic but very clean and comfortable. There are shops around with 2 minutes, so like Waitrose, Lidl (actually underneath the hotel), Home Bargains and even a Weatherspoons! There are some nice restaurants across the road by the marina and the High Street is a couple of minutes away by car. Actual hotel facilities are limited, as most...
