「Parking fine staff great better set out breakfast clean rooms Only draw back this time was other guests thinking they could smoke weed out side your room from 10.30pm till 01.30 am every ten minutes laughing loud and talking loud and then throwing up loudly all morning but that’s not the fault of the hotel . But will book the main building not the annex next time」

「Nice rooms, easy parking. Have a night porter who was very helpful. Have stayed before and would be happy to stay again.」

「Beautiful hotel in areas but if you’re planning to stay here with a baby or you are a wheelchair user I’d maybe think again! This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram! We had to ask to change rooms and the staff on reception weren’t apologetic or friendly at all!...

「It was great to have a sea view . On the whole the staff were really kind and helpful .Friday 18th Sept 2026 , had to ask for my pot of tea at breakfast , and felt invisible at the same breakfast session as wasn’t fussed over the way that some of the guests were , this did not apply to the maitre D who was charming at the same session .」

「Everything about our stay was perfect. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Used the pool facilities, great jacuzzi! Overall a great place to stay, would recommend!!」

「The staff were extremely helpful helping us in and out with baggage and helping us in any way we needed. The only disapointment I felt was not taking gluten free that seriously . They did have the bread but meals were another thing and two days I had not choice of sweet. Otherwise I would go there again if we can travel that far another year.」

「アメリカの今まで行ったホテルにはコーヒーメーカーがあっても湯沸かしポットはなかったが紅茶の国だからなのか湯沸かしポットがあったのは嬉しかった コーヒーはインスタントだかティーバッグは種類もありマグカップもグラスもちゃんとしていたのが良かった アメニティがないのが残念なところでした。あとは良かったと思います。」
