Was great location near sea , hotel was nice but needed updating, we knew was,a dog friendly hotel, but didnt like the fact that dogs sat on furniture, only place not allowed was restaurant which was only open for breakfast ,all other meals was served in bar where dogs was allowed , as much as i dont mind animals i dont like them near food. we was using hotel next door most of time for food and drinks, as even though dogs there was not on furniture or in any eating places.

On arrival they took too long to allocate a room, the staff where not friendly, apart from the lady in the breakfast room. The room was clean but tired looking. Bed comfortable, breakfast good, suppose to be superior room but only a seaview difference from standard. Main problem was the reception staff who couldn't be bothered to welcome visitors or look up from what ever they were doing to interact with guests

Our room was excellent with a lovely sea view and a table and chairs in the bay window. Good, clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. The bar is looking a bit tired and could do with some freshening up. Plants, pictures, curtains at the windows would make a big difference to the ‘ambiance’. Very comfortable bed.

Rooms a bit dated, but overall ok. Breakfast was good, Bar ok, prices reasonable for hotel. Staff very friendly. Was there for 5 nights, and rooms not serviced, had to ask for towel changes, toilet rolls, and milk for tea / coffee, only 6 sachets left in room. Hotel a 15 min walk along the flat promenade to pier and town area.

This is my second stay here. I will definitely stop here again. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness good, however refurbishing hotel so some places/things need updating. Overall a great place.

The size of the room is okay but the room smelt damp and the carpets were dirty, the room was so hot on the first day and they provided such a tiny fan and didn’t provide a bigger fan, the breakfast was fine and staff were friendly just those issues.

The hotel was large, right on the sea front and parking on the road was free after 4pm and before 10am. Al the staff were very friendly, the bar was well stocked and the pool table go plenty of use! The breakfast was excellent with a full selection of continental and full English foods.
