A nice stay in Llandudno

The hotel is located at the North shore of Llandudno. Easily accessible to the beach and pier. Room is clean and neat.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a brilliant location on the sea front. However we felt very patronised by the staff throughout and particularly on arrival - a lecture on why we shouldn't have booked thro Expedia!! So that rather detracted from what, otherwise, would have been a fabulous stay in a lovely town.
