「部屋は清潔感があり居心地が良かったです。４歳、１歳の子供を含む家族4人での滞在でしたが快適に過ごせました。 ただ滞在直前にホテルのレストランでの夕食を予約しようとしたら満席で予約できませんでした。評判が良さそうだっただけに残念でした。ホテルでの夕飯を考えている場合は早めの予約をお勧めします。 ただ、車で少し行ったところにある家族連れでも入りやすいレストラン(チェーン店やバーですが)の場所を大変丁寧に教えてくださりとても助かりました。 今回は2月の滞在だったためぶどう畑も枯れ木のようでしたが、ちょっとした散歩道などもありいい時期に来ればさぞかし気持ちの良いところだと思いました。夜は星がたくさん見えました。」

「This hotel is surrounded by many shop, restaurants, and bars, closed to Swansea station with walking of 10 minutes to reach. Also a large supermarket can be found around it. The room was large and the bathroom had a large bathtub with enough hot water. The staffs was quite helpful and kind with good smiling face. 」

「Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and...

「値段の割には、部屋も広めですし、清潔に保たれていてよかったです。シャワーのみでしたが、水圧も問題ありませんし、気持ちよく利用できました。床がカーペット敷きですので、重いトランクの方は２階まで上げるのに、かなり苦労します。部屋は駐車場側と庭側に面していますが、庭側の部屋は、風通しよくしようと夜に窓をあけると、恐ろしい程の虫が入ってくるので、気をつけてください。それでも昼間は庭にウサギが遊んでいたりと、美しい光景です。」
