We had a very easy & professional check in (Adelena) who also reccomended me to join the loyalty scheme. The room was excellent and more than adequate for our 3 nights. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options. Really lovely hotel with friendly staff.

The check in and checkout was easy, lock box instructions. The place was clean and there was a nice parking spot for our car. The flat has three levels and each level had a baby gate.
