「非常に素晴らしい滞在になりました。歴史のある建物でそのためにやや古く感じるかもですが、それを補って余りあるサービスでした。清掃もしっかり行き届いているので古さはあまり気になりません。スタッフも非常に親切です。」

「It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed.
Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...

「The room was excellent very spacious and comfortable , the hotel surroundings was beautiful.
Only disappointment was the lack of staff behind the bar at a large part only 3 staff to serve waited 30 mins to buy a drink and staff were rude and unorganised for that I would give the bar 1 star from 5 」

「朝方にホテルのwifi不具合で、緊急で連絡取りたいことがあった際とても不便で、スタッフの対応もよくありませでしたが、復旧してチェックアウトの際は謝ってくださったのでAll okです。
そこ以外は本当に親切丁寧なスタッフ、清潔で快適なお部屋！バスローブが肌触りよく最高！でした。」
