"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. The ironing board was replaced with a new one, unfortunately of no use to me as my shirt was already damaged. No feedback from the hotel, asked Claire on reception about it two days later, she advised me that she would check with the manager who was on site that...

"This hotel is in the heart of the City Centre which is walking distance or a short drive away. It is a beautiful hotel and staff very friendly. The facilities in the pool area were great. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Rooms far too hot - and there is no means to change the setting - nor did the window open more than a crack .. Bar menu OK, but not accurate as to what was actually served, and to not to be able to swop out chips/new potatoes etc seems a little weird! "

"We travelled as a family. The room was big and bright. Very clean. Staff were great. Kids loved the pool,£10 for adults kids free. We ordered room service for dinner which was super fresh. Kids had dominions pizza which is right opposite. Breakfast was great and both kids ate for free. "
