"Very nice hotel and pleasant stay, only issue was no hot water for 2 days out of the 3 we were there. "

"Have stayed here quite a few times but this one was not as good. Of the 3 lifts one was working and at breakfast things could have been better organised. There was a large queue to get in but many of the tables were unavailable due to needing clearing rather than having people on them. There were two coffee machine yet only one worked. Food at the Grill was OK but could have been a bit better. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff were good and the live music in Merlin’s bar was a nice touch. The room itself was good value but other areas are letting things down. "

"Parking is very easy in adjacent Cabot circus and free! Very convenient for the Old Market Area. Staff were great especially at breakfast. Some of the carpets are starting to show some wear but the hotel is generally well kept. "

"The hotel was clean, in a fab location, car park was easy to find and you get a discount via the hotel. Only negative is there wasn’t a main light in our room. "

"Only downside with our visit was only 1 of the 3 lifts was working. With it being easter weekend the hotel was very busy and we had to wsit a long time for the 1 lift working "

"Enjoyed a two night stay at Park Plaza. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. The gym and pool were great. Decent bar area with friendly bar staff. Recommended "
