"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Attached to the pub but speedster building. Great little rooms. Location by Richmond park with easy parking is perfect. The pub is amazing, food is very very good. Perfect little getaway place for a couple or with the family. Can’t wait to go back"

"Overall this was a nice boutique hotel. The rooms have a lot of character and a vintage feel, in a cool way. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could need. In a great area of London, lots of shops, pubs, restaurants, and public transit. The reason I give 4 stars is bc the check-in process is not quite 4star and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well. "

10/10 Excellent

"Took a bus from Terminal 2 to the hotel and it was about 30 minutes due to various stops along the way. The next day I took a bus back to Terminal 2 and it was about 10 minutes. Had to discover this myself, as the site was all about the parking and I didn't have a car. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great spot to stay just after a day of travel and just before another one. "
