"We stayed here for my wife’s birthday, and overall it was a nice trip with a few important things future travelers should know. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The property itself is attractive, and we enjoyed most of our stay. Staff interactions were generally fine, and check-in/out was smooth. One big thing to be aware of: the water park is NOT included with your stay. This was disappointing because water park photos are featured heavily in the resort’s marketing, which makes it seem like it’s part of the experience. If you’re planning your trip expecting that, make sure you check pricing and access ahead of time. Another issue came on our last night. Around 4:00 AM, guests in the room above us were playing loud music and being very disruptive. I had to call the front desk, and it took about 30 minutes for the issue to be addressed. That delay made the situation more frustrating, especially at that hour."

"Wifi connection failed to work properly, mattresses hard very uncomfortable, stairs inconvenience for older individuals who are traveling with luggage,beds in 2nd bedroom very small,ice machine at back pool doesnt work,staff friendly but have workers who dont understand basic english to help guests. "
