"Absolutely impeccable from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are amazing and the hotel is beyond 4 stars. Traveled the world and my wife and I both were very impressed with our stay here. We stayed for 4 nights and I wished it were longer. Food was also amazing. Other hotels could take note the shear professionalism of the staff. "Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. While the premium room was slightly smaller than expected access to the Club Lounge made it worth it. The hotel also has a small pool.
