All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! "Big onsen hot spring with 35 pools and tubs, underground indoor swimming pool; succulent buffet with anything you possibly can imagine are available. During my stay, hotel hosted an annual devil festival with traditional dances, rice cake bitting, and onsen water fight competitions between two almost naked young athlete groups - so much fun in Noboribetsu."
