「The hotel is nice but needs updates here and there… Overall a very good experience. My only criticism is that they should really have a detailed report of the stay (receipt at checkout). They need to add specific description of amenities ordered so there is no confusion with the bill at checkout like other hotels… We met Madison who was very helpful and nice at the front desk. We also had the pleasure of meeting another front desk worker, his name was Robert, excellent customer service skills…...
