When I got to the hotel, the gentleman who checked me in was wonderful. I went to my room to find that my window didn't lock. I was on the first floor. The man graciously moved me to another room and helped me move my stuff as there is no elevator.
The rooms are poorly updated, office chair is ripped on edges, very thin blankets, the pillows (some) felt like huge clumps of cotton balls, and the hallways smelled of something odd.
The next morning, my toilet didn't flush and that was gross.
I came back to my room in the middle of the day and the office manager was gone. I walked around the two floors to find some help. A cleaning lady had to let me into my room.
The breakfast offered is simple so don't expect anything grand.
