「Great hotel plenty of space in our room for 4 people. Amenities were great also. Love the bar, couches and fireplace in the lobby. Breakfast was great but only thing was waffles disappeared after the first day there and restocking of all food and drink items was lacking. Otherwise would definitely stay there for our next trip at the end of the year.」

「The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located with the FreeMallRide Bus (from the union station to the end of the Mall) stopping right next door, and the 16th Street Mall can be reached without crossing the street. Compared to the hotel's rating, the hotel has a lot of space, including a sofa in the lobby and a library in the basement. It is an environment where you can work or have a small meeting outside of your own room. A restaurant/bar accessible...

「客室に入ると独特の臭いがした。換気をすればましになるかと思い、窓を開けようとしたが開かなかった。部屋を変えてもらうことも考えたが、必ずしも臭いのしない部屋に交換されるという保証もなかったのでそのままにした(臭いは、個人差があるので説明が難しい)。 昼夜の寒暖差のある時期だったので、エアコンを冷房から暖房に切り替えたら、異様な臭いが発せられたので、エアコンを停止し、窓は開かないので入口のドアを開放した。しかし、エレベーターの真ん前の部屋だったので空気を入れ替えるほど入口のドアを開放することはできなかった。 一番残念だったのは、フィットネスルームを利用できなかったこと。部屋の電気は点くのに、マシーンはどれも電源が入らなかった。フロントに確認したら「サーキットブレーカーがダウンしているのだろう。残念だが、今日はメンテナンスは休み」と告げられた。ジムが利用できるということで、このホテルを選択したのに本当に残念だった。」
