「Kitchen was equipped for cooking, could use maybe one more pan. Other than that this is the perfect stay for downtown Tampa; was able to get to all locations within 10 minutes and it was quiet and nice neighborhood. 」

「Place was excellent, great location, very modern and updated. Just a few moments walk to Pass-a-Grille Beach on the gulf side, a bit of a walk to the dog beach. We never needed the car for the 3 days we were there. Modern appliances, and everything needed for our stay, including a nice laundry. Great beach stuff, including a beach buggy for hauling chairs, umbrellas, cooler and etc. We and the dog loved the outside fenced area! Communicative host even over the Christmas Holidays.」

「The location was great! We really enjoyed going to the Gulfport historic district. There’s a plant-based ice cream place, Plant Love there that is out of this world delicious. My favorite was the coconut. 」

「-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.」
