「Excellent for the price. Very convenient for me and where I needed to be.」

「The property was as pictured, but the place wasn’t as clean. There was dust lined along the walls where the vents were, the shower curtain rod had to be placed up with random objects to keep from falling. The microwave didn’t work, called and was told maintenance would come no one did. It was a last minute booking but wasn’t expecting the last minute things that were overlooked.」

「The home itself was very beautiful. The area felt safe. Instructions were very clean. The owner left us a note and some goodies which was very nice ! The room itself smelled wonderful and you can tell it was cleaned thoroughly. The sheets smelled amazing. 」

「It’s a very comfortable apartment. Stayed here before. It’s only about 1 mile to the hospital. Has everything you need.」

「Spotless, very comfortable & 1/2 block from Tampa's famed South Howard Ave ( SoHo). There are probably 15-20 restaurants & bars located within about a mile radius. Great location, off street parking & inside is very quiet!」

「Pros: Great location. Quiet in spite of being part of a larger complex. New furniture throughout unit and nice coffee setup in kitchen. Cons: The apartment would benefit from a deep cleaning. Floors were really dirty when we arrived, as was the inside of the refrigerator and the cooking utensils. Host was responsive and sent cleaners back the next day which was appreciated. The kitchen is outfitted with bare bones so not ideal for someone who wants to prepare meals. Also, laundry is not located...

「The unit was NOT the same as the one depicted in the photo. Additionally, as soon as we entered the unit, we noticed several examples of damage that we reported immediately. For example, the towel rack in the bathroom was actually on the floor; one of the closet doors in the bedroom was improperly installed, loose and dangling from its hinge point; the pantry door had been damaged and had painter's blue tape holding it together. These are only a few examples. I can provide photos if necessary....

「I had such a great stay here! The place was super cozy, clean, and honestly just really cute. The location was perfect too, with so many good places to eat and explore nearby, which made everything so convenient. I loved how comfortable and well kept everything was, and it had such a nice, relaxing vibe. Whether you’re going for a quick trip or a longer stay, this spot is definitely worth it. I would 100% recommend. 」
