"Needs to be better check in and check out for non-MGM members. Standing in line during check in and out waiting for to be called next to watch someone get in line later than you because they are MGM members and get called to the counter 1st makes it feels like they do not care about non-MGM customers."

"This was my first time staying at the Flamingo. I really enjoyed it. The 21+ pool was awesome. The DJ played some good bangers. I liked that the Flamingo was right in the middle of the strip which was easily accessible to the Deuce ( bus stop) and also the Linq and Harrahs for late night food. Definitely buy a Deuce pass. My feet thanks the Deuce. If you're looking for a cheap eat late at night, Harrahs has Pizzacake. Can get a slice for $8! Our room was super clean. We denied housekeeping...

"House keeping was absent. Took over a dozen calls, they finally came at 10:55 pm. I took picture to memorialize. The night before, we were kept up by a couple fighting half the night which at time sounded like it got physical. We attempted many times to call, nobody ever answered the calls. It seemed like it was more difficult to get a hold of somebody than to just deal with the noise and disturbance. Wasn’t worth the $ I paid."

"The front desk offered an upgrade to an alleged pool view. In reality you could see some chairs and the edge of the water. Not really worth it to upgrade. We registered 4 people and there was only enough towels and washcloths for 3, so we had to request more. The shower really only heated up if you turned it to the hottest setting. "The Casino/Hotel is quite family friendly with many restaurants and shops. The housekeeping needs improvement as we returned from our full day Grand Canyon experience to find our towels had not been refreshed. The bathroom amenities were scarce. There was over crowding in the pool with people sitting on all the stairways and blocking handrails as half of the pool was closed for paid cabana users. No one had paid for the cabanas thus, half the pool was empty while the other half over crowded."

"Clean pool. Staff were always picking up garbage left by guests but they did a great job staying on top of it. Can drink by and in the pool which some don't allow."
