"Great place"

"Needs to be better check in and check out for non-MGM members. Standing in line during check in and out waiting for to be called next to watch someone get in line later than you because they are MGM members and get called to the counter 1st makes it feels like they do not care about non-MGM customers."

"Nice lobby, friendly check in. Bathroom in the room itself left a lot to be desired. Floor wasn't clean, walls and mirrors had stains. Room seemed ok, just dated, old carpet. Loved the location of the property."

"No humans to check you in. Just some sort of computer. No way to request preferences for your room. You take what the computer tells you to take. I finally had to go to the information desk to get my room number. The room was ok, but limited tv."

"Have never stayed here before, and didn’t have big expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! Our room was very clean, and we were impressed with the size of the bathroom. Not huge, but larger than expected. Really appreciated the double sinks. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very quiet. We walked through the pool area and it was very nice! Didn’t have time to lay out, but will next time. The Casino area was good, but a lot of smokers. The sports bar was awesome (Krystal ROCKS)...

"Love love love the linq. 3rd time here . This time the AC sounded like it was goin out. I went an asked the front desk if someone could take look . Within 30 min a whole new ac unit was put in . It was fast they were so nice about it. I've never had anything go wrong here . It don't wanna stay anywhere else"

"The Casino/Hotel is quite family friendly with many restaurants and shops. The housekeeping needs improvement as we returned from our full day Grand Canyon experience to find our towels had not been refreshed. The bathroom amenities were scarce. There was over crowding in the pool with people sitting on all the stairways and blocking handrails as half of the pool was closed for paid cabana users. No one had paid for the cabanas thus, half the pool was empty while the other half over crowded."

"Clean pool. Staff were always picking up garbage left by guests but they did a great job staying on top of it. Can drink by and in the pool which some don't allow."
