「Clean and spacious room much more than I expected. Nice staffs who help your checking in. You can enjoy your safety staying in NYC with this hotel. If you will use car or take a Lyft to sightseeing places, this place is convenient. But if will walk and take trains, it will take 20-25 min by walk to the nearest station.」

「On the first day of my stay, I did not receive any towels or amenities, so I had to request them at the front desk. On the third night, I asked for bed making, and although they said it was okay and took a note at the front desk, it was not done. On the fifth night, I requested additional towels again, and despite them saying it was okay and taking a note, they never brought them. As a result, I did not receive any bed making or additional towels during my entire 5-day stay. The service was...

「Incredibly helpful staff. Having a kitchenette and full breakfast with lots of good choices made the stay with my young grandson much easier. Everything was clean and in good condition.
