Place was spotless. View from window to floor windows was amazing. Bar on roof was amazing . Staff was wonderful a d accommodating. Got engaged here and they made it amazing experience. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was the best breakfast. Cannot wait ro go back !

The room was clean. The view spectacular. The carpet seemed old would have been better without carpet. Carpet tends to hold odors. The room furniture was crowded. Maybe having a clothing hanging system on the wall or fold away system would have provided more space. Area was cramped. Staff was kind.

Everything is great but they need to refill the coffee and tea without asking and also supply us with new cup and saucer. However, the size of the room is great! The bed is so comfy, i think the most comfy bed and pillow from all hotels i had in the past. Location is convenient and accessible to subway and bus and its close to outlet store if you are into shopping.
